Flat Rate Shipping We offer a simple flat rate of $15.00 per order, regardless of the size or weight of your purchase. No surprises at checkout.
Australia Only We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment being received. During busy periods or following shows and events, dispatch may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Victoria: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 5–10 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and current network conditions.
Tracking Where possible, orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Merungle Alpacas is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
